Cancellation Policy
Drop-in/day visits under $100 will be charged in full if canceled with less than 24-hour notice.
Overnights/day visits over $100 will be charged at 50% if canceled with less than 3 days notice.
There is a non refundable 50% deposit the week before a booking. This only applies to visits totaling over $100.
Pet Policies
- We do not service dogs with a bite history or stranger danger. Any behavioral aggression must be disclosed before the first meet & greet for the safety of our team and your pet.
- We do not allow your dog/s to interact with any dogs that are not part of your household, regardless of their temperament. This is a safety measure.
- We do not allow dogs outside off leash regardless of their training level. This does not include free roam in a secure fenced yard.
- We do not offer compulsive and/or physical corrections to animals.
- We do not take dogs to dog parks unless it is a private area where no other dogs will enter.
- We do not allow cats outdoors unless on a leash and cat harness.
When a booking is cancelled last minute, we are unable to fill the time slot in that short amount of time. This causes us to lose out on money that we need to pay bills, buy groceries, etc.
We understand that life happens and cancellations are often unavoidable, but it's important to us that our clients empathize with the damage a sudden loss of work can have on our lives.
We appreciate your understanding on this and are forever grateful for your business and your kindness. It is a kindness that we will always extend back to you and your animals.
